Like the web developer toolbar for all web development, the Magento tool bar gives you an inside view of the code and files that make up your Magento store.

These developer toolbars allow you to access quickly to regular used functions without logging in to admin, there are two extensions available on connect:

A must have extension for any Magento developer.

    The Firefox Toolbar Extensions placed a spam link in the magento footer (frontend).

    do not use this toolbar, as even when it’s deactivated – it still shows inline code on the front end of a magento store.

    I wrote the MW Developer toolbar, but long time I didn’t update it. If you are a magento developer, you will know how to fix its issues ;)
